| 摘 要： | 人文精神培育的本质是育人,是提高人的素质。人文精神培育的使命是陶冶人性,铸造健康饱满的人格,也就是教会学生学会做人。教育是一种人文精神,教育的过程是人文精神培育的过程,教育的使命就是培育人文素质,培育合理的人文精神。融人文精神于高等教育之中是培育大学生的人文精神、提高他们的人文素质,从而使他们成长为复合型人才的重要途径。
