| 摘 要： | 警察从产生之日起到现在,其二重职能的结构经历了从重视政治职能到加强社会管理职能的理论演变。伴随着警察二重职能理论的变迁,世界各国警察职能结构也经历了转变和调整的过程。文章从社会发展与国家职能的变迁,对警察二重职能的理论渊源和发展方向进行解析,认为强化警察的社会性是警察职能的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Ever since its start,the structure of police's dual function has developed from the theory of attaching importance to political function to that of strengthening social administrative functiom.Along with the changes,the function structure of the police all over the world has also experienced a period of conversion and adjusts.From the change of social development and national function,this paper makes an analysis of the theoretical resource and tendency of polece's dual function.It holds that to enhance police's sociality is the tendency of police's function. |
