| 摘 要： | 经济转轨以来，俄产业结构虽有一定的调整，但总体而言并未得到实质性突破。这种产业结构状态在保障俄经济正常运行的同时，也对其未来经济增长形成严重制约。如何加快产业调整与升级，是俄在市场经济体制框架内谋求经济进一步发展的主要问题。

| Abstract: | Since economic transition,although Russian industrial structure was readjusted at a certain level,generally there was no sub- stantial break-through.The industrial structure could ensure a normal operation for Russian economy,but it restricted its growth in fu- ture.How to speed up industrial readjustment and upgrade is a main question for Russia to seek a further economic development within the framework of market economic system. |
