| 摘 要： | 劳动关系协调机制建设是加大工会维权工作力度的制度保障,只有健全工会组织,才能培育劳动关系协调机制中的劳权主体;培训工会干部,提高协调劳动关系的能力,做好这方面工作是工会推动社会主义和谐社会建设、发展和谐劳动关系、构建劳动关系协调机制的组织基础。

| Abstract: | The coordination mechanism of labor relations is an institutional guarantee of strengthening trade union's protection function.Only trade union organizations are healthy,can we foster the actors of labor relations coordination mechanism.To train trade union cadres and improve their ability of coordinating labor relations is the organizational basis of building up a harmonious society,developing harmonious labor relations and constructing coordination mechanism of labor relations. |
