当前，未婚同居现象较为普遍，而且由于其具备一定的现实合理性，也已经得到了多数人的默认甚至称许。对于其间产生的各类法律问题，比如怀孕生育而亲属权利无法确认，感情破裂而财产难以分割等，却并未在婚姻法律、亲属法律中得到体现和安排。
