| Abstract: | The situation of macro economy is an important factor influencing on labor relations.In the nations of marketing economy,monetary policy is one of the most important means of regulating economy.Therefore,in order to build up harmonious labor relations,we must pay attention to monetary policy and participate in the whole process of policy making,tools choosing,conduction,inspection and supervision and achievement. |
