| 摘 要： | 职务性犯罪不仅需要进行理论上的思辨，也需要进行实证的研究。预防职务犯罪的规律的探寻就是力求在预防职务犯罪和职务犯罪两种社会现象的互动，预防职务犯罪决策者和职务犯罪实施者双方的较量中寻求最有利于实现预防效益的方案。
