关于我国死刑适用标准的立法完善

放眼世界,废除死刑已为大势所趋,但我国由于自身诸多客观因素既不能仓促废除又不能无动于衷。在此两难之下,限制死刑就成为我国对待死刑的最佳选择。因此,作为限制死刑的核心要素,"死刑适用标准"也就尤显重要。通过对现行的死刑适用标准提出"罪大恶极"死刑适用标准的历史回归,提高"死缓"核准级别,以及扩大死刑非适用对象等措施,以期进一步完善我国死刑适用标准。
