| Abstract: | On the basis of the analysis of the details about the case of Sheppard v. Maxwell and the process of trail, the writer introduces the idea and countermeasure of dealing with the confliction between media and justice, and puts forward concrete suggestion about the construction of the harmonious relationship between media and justice from three aspects： the legislation organization, the judicial office and the media. |
