侵犯农民工合法权益问题与对策研究

农民工是中国工人阶级的重要组成部分,对国民经济建设做出了巨大贡献。但是,当前一些地方的农民工合法权益屡遭侵犯,引起了农民工的严重不满。农民工在城镇属于弱势群体,单靠他们自身维权远远不够,应该从普法教育、加强监管、法律援助、统一政策和组建工会等方面多管齐下,才能使农民工的合法权益得到切实保护。

On a Countermeasure Study of Infringement of Legitimate Rights and Interests of the Migrant Workers in Rural Areas

The migrant workers in rural areas are an important part of Chinese working class and have made a greater contribution to national economic construction. But their legitimate rights and interests are infringed at some regions. The migrant workers in rural areas are dissatisfied with these phenomenon. They belong to the vulnerable group of people in towns. There are difficulties to safeguard their rights and intere sts by themselves. We should protect their legitimate rights and interests su ch as popularizing an elementary knowledge of law, strengthening supervision and management, carrying out legal assistance and universal policy, and organizing trade unions and so on.
