| Abstract: | The prevention of juvenile delinquency is a huge,difficult and systematic social project because of the diversity of its causes of juvenile delinquency and the complexity of the crime control.There are three basic principles which must be followed in the promotion of this project: persistence in protection,intervention at early stage and comprehensive management. |
