| Abstract: | Mao Tse-tung's theory of reforming the criminals is a part of Mao Tse-tung thoughts.The theoretical creativity in respect of punishment concept of the human society and prison executing punishment gives expression to the progress of punishment system civilization. In the 21st century, Chinese prisons must always take this theory as the guiding ideology, and utilize and develop Mao Tse-tung's theory of reforming the criminals during the reform of prison work. |
