| Abstract: | The court debate is an essential part of the criminal suit,which is an irreplaceable synthetic art and also an unity of science,art and law,therefore the skills and strategy of the debate is an necessary factor in taking advantage of the superiority of the debate system and realizing the aim of the debate.Taking good use of the logical skills plays an important role in identifying the case correctly,dealing with the case and successfully suit.It may also defeat the opponent and succeed in an surprising way. |
