| 摘 要： | 中国-东盟自由贸易区进展顺利,在许多方面已迈出实质性的一步。特别是今年10月1日中泰的蔬菜、水果实现零关税,使中国-东盟自由贸易区开始进入实施阶段。本文主要探讨中国-东盟自由贸易区的进展、利弊、不同时期东盟各国的态度以及面临的困难。

| Abstract: | FTA between China and ASEAN is a process lasting for 10 years. Any progress made in FTA should be concerned during the period of FTA establishment. In fact, China and ASEAN begin to enjoy benefits from FTA since the tariff of vegetable and fruit between China and Thailand was reduced to zero from October 1, 2003. FTA between China and ASEAN will prove theoretically and practically to be a win-win case. All ASEAN countries have changed their attitude towards FTA between China-ASEAN from China Threat to China Chance. Of course, FTA between China and ASEAN will be faced with some challenges. |
