区域贸易安排中优惠关税的实施

顺应经济全球化发展的新形势，中国正稳步推进自由贸易区层面的国际经济合作和协调。目前中国与自由贸易区伙伴国的贸易已接近中国进出口总额的30％。自由贸易区实行内外有别的政策，通过相互实施关税优惠直至取消关税来扩大区内贸易和促进投资。企业应该随时关注我国参与区域经济一体化的进程，充分享譬贸易自由化带来的好处。

At present the amount of import and export between China and the FrA partner countries has approached 30% of China＇ s total amount of import and export. The implements inside and outside of the FTA have different policies. In order to expand in the area the trade and investment, they implement the tariff preference to cancel the customs duty mutually.
