| 摘 要： | 建立电子化政府,提高行政效率,已经成为发展国民经济和国家信息化建设的一个十分紧迫的任务.本文针对中国政府信息化事业基础结构薄弱、政府信息化与政府改革的整合问题、政府信息公开和政府信息低度使用问题,从多角度进行剖析和说明,从四个方面论述了我国政府信息化目标定位问题.
