| Abstract: | The Chinese trade unions should establish an early warning mechanism of coordinating labor relations if they want to stabilize the ranks of staff and workers The trade unions should put in a lot of work in calculation, preliminary hearing, prediction and prevention, and do a better job among the masses' ideological work The trade unions should settle staff and workers' actual problems promptly and exert their utmost effort to avoid the situation that the contradictions between the management and workers may intensify |
