| Abstract: | The problem that the wage level of the wide employees and workers has been under the lower level for a long time has not only aroused the unfair distribution but also caused the insufficiency in the society; furthermore, it may affect the healthy development of the national economy in China. The important way-out for the trade union to solve this problem is to enlarge the strength of the collective negotiations and discussions on the wages, only in this way, we could truly set up the decision-making mechanism of the wages of the wide employees and workers. |
