| 摘 要： | 随着证券市场的发展,证券犯罪日趋众多,虽然刑法、证券法等对证券违法犯罪都做了较为详尽的规定,但仍有许多急待完善的环节。内幕交易罪是证券犯罪中最为典型、数量最多的一种。本文拟就“知悉内幕信息”的认定与分析进行一些探讨,以完善内幕交易罪的有关规定,增强其可操作性。
