| 摘 要： | 随着我国《刑法修正案》(八)的颁布和《刑事诉讼法》的修改,《社区矫正法》即将制订,社区矫正工作正在向制度化、规范化、职业化发展,迫切需要加快建立专业化、专门化的社区矫正工作机构。结合中国当前社区矫正工作的实际,社区矫正工作机构的专业化建设主要是强化乡镇(街道)社区矫正工作机构建设,探索建立县级社区矫正工作专门机构,扶植发展社区矫正的民间组织。

| Abstract: | Along with our country promulgated The Criminal Law Amendment （eight） and modify The Criminal Pro- cedure Law, the Community Correction Law will be formulated, the community correction get institutionalized, standardized, and professionally developed, which urgently need to accelerate the establishment of a professional and specialized community correction agencies. Combining the actual conditions of China＇s current community cor- rection work, community correction mechanism is mainly professional construction to strengthen the villages and towns （street） community correction mechanism construction, exploring the county community correction work spe- cialized agencies, fostering the development of community correction of the NGO. |
