论外资银行风险监管的相关问题与完善

近年来,随着我国加入WTO和国际金融市场的竞争日趋激烈,越来越多的外资银行融入了逐渐开放的我国金融市场,但是外资银行在拉动我国经济快速增长的同时,也带来了一系列的风险与挑战。应采取措施改进监管,加快立法步伐,逐步健全监管法律体系;对外资银行的经营过程进行必要的限制和监管;加强对外资银行的外部审计和并表监督。

The Related Issues and Improvement of the Foreign Bank Risk Regulation

During recent years, with China＇s accession to the WTO and more and more intense competition of the in- ternational financial market, more and more foreign banks steps gradually into the open financial market in China. Foreign Banks pulls China＇s rapid economic growth, at the same time, they also brings a series of risks and challen- ges, this paper analyzes the present development situation of foreign banks in our country and the relative risk, based on the experience of relevant legislation and practice of our country, reference and analysis of the foreign bank risk control experience and enlightenment for our country, under the premise of no violation of The Basel A- greement, to provide some useful related risk control suggestions for foreign capital bank regulators for our country.
