| 摘 要： | 当前在物证技术鉴定中存在许多问题 ,主要有 :一、侦查机关刑侦技术人员在同一案件中既是侦查人员又是鉴定人员有悖于法律规定 ;二、对物证技术鉴定人员的资格缺乏可靠的认证 ;三、对鉴定人出庭立法不明确 ;四、鉴定结论的可靠性受到质疑。
