| 摘 要： | 农民进城务工是随着改革而逐步出现的现象。本文分析了当前进城务工人员面临的主要问题和造成这些问题的基本原因。针对妥善解决进城务工人员问题的重要性、必要性、紧迫性以及长期性、艰巨性和复杂性,本文提出了解决进城务工人员问题的整体思路与对策建议。

| Abstract: | That the rural migrant workers go to work in cities is a gradual phenomenon with the development of reform. The article analised main problems and its basic reasons which the rural migrant workers face at present. The author put forward a general thinking and countermeasures and suggestions of solving these problems which have important, necessary, urgent, long, arduous and complicated characteristics. |
