| 摘 要： | 改善边检服务的个体差异是"平安世博"对边检工作提出的必然要求,是实现边检工作科学、和谐发展的必由之路。边检服务的个体差异主要表现在专业素质、服务理念、职业精神等方面。改善边检服务个体差异的途径主要有:建立完善的培训体系、建设完备的激励机制与融入高尚的精神信仰等。
