| Abstract: | By comparing Chinese law culture and west law culture ,we can correctly analysis the transform of the modem legal system from Chinese conventional law culture. The author attempt to reveal the significance and wishes to assist the modem legal system by expatiating the notion of the law culture and comparing the difference. |
