| Abstract: | Policing reform is a major part of the innovation work of public security social management. Public security organs around China have conducted police reforms with local characteristics and Henan policing reform puts forward the mode concept of improving police efficiency, that is, ＂ 1 ＋2 ＋ N＂ mode, which is a beneficial probe to the reform of Chinese police and the innovation of public security social management. |
