| 摘 要： | 《企业年金基金管理试行办法》的出台,标志着我国养老社会保障制度建设终于走向了国际化发展轨道,从我国企业年金的基本状况出发,分析了企业年金制度发展缓慢的因素,提出了完善中国企业年金制度发展的对策。
