| 摘 要： | 高校档案是国家档案的重要组成部分,是高校管理的基础工作之一。随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和高等教育体制的改革与发展,给档案管理工作提出了更新更高的要求。档案工作者不但要有广博的专业知识,还要建立严密、科学、高效的档案工作系统,实现档案信息资源共享,更好地为高校教学、科研和经济发展服务。

| Abstract: | Archives management is one of the basic work in management of college.With the establishment of socialist market economic system, archives management faces many newer and higher demands.The archivists not only should have a wide range of proffesional knowledge ,but also learn to set up a tight .scientific and efficient working system which can realize the share of the resources , so as to serve for teaching, scientific research and economy. |
