| 摘 要： | 2010年上半年,中小学校、幼儿园校园血案频频发生,从福建省开始,相邻各省接连发生类似案件,凸显学校安保力量薄弱、管理体制落后的问题。学生生命安全问题经受着前所未有的严峻挑战,国家相关部门急切关注校园安全问题,建立应急处置机制已经迫在眉睫。

| Abstract: | Schoolyard massacres occurred frequently at middle schools,primary schools and kindergartens in Fujian and several neighboring provinces in the first half of this year.This shows that the schools lack qualified safeguard personnel and are backward in management system.Safety of the students' lives is ex-periencing unprecedented challenges.The state's relative departments pay close attention to schoolyard safety.It is urgent to establish an emergency response mechanism. |
