| 摘 要： | 培养学生的法律职业技能，是法律专业教育教学的目标。法律专业的学生应当具有基本的诉讼事务的职业技能和非诉讼事务的职业技能。实践性的教学方式对于培养学生的法律职业技能具有举足轻重的作用，应结合模拟法庭和诊所式教学方式的优点设置实训课程，专门用来培训学生的基本诉讼技能。对于学生非诉讼法律技能的培养，应当从提高学生的法律文件书写能力上着手。

Law students should have basic lawsuits vocational skills and non-litigation matters vocational skills. The practicality of teaching methods for the students＇ ability of legal professional skill has a vital role in this article, combined with mock and clinical manner the merits of targeted a practical teaching. |
