| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员在开展大学生思想政治教育过程中所依靠的主要因素包括有权力影响力和非权力影响力两方面。而辅导员非权力影响力则主要由辅导员的品德修养、学识水平、能力素养和情商水平等因素构成。探索辅导员非权力影响力的构成因素及其机制,提高辅导员的非权力影响力是新时期加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的主要侧重点。
