| 摘 要： | 大学生“村官”制度建设是大学生“村官”政策发展的基本前提和有力保障，本文在大学生“村官”政策产生背景的基础上，重点分析了其制度层面中存在的问题及原因，并提出相应的对策建议，以期能够进一步发展和完善大学生“村官”政策，加快推动社会主义新农村建设。

| Abstract: | The construction of university-graduate effective guarantee of university-graduate ＂ village village official＂ institution is the basic promise and official＂ policy.In order to develop university-graduate village official＂ policy and serve for new socialist rural construction better, this thesis is based on backgrounds of the university-graduate ＂village official＂ policy, mainly analyses the problems and their causes in institution, then put forward some relative countermeasures. |
