| Abstract: | After WTO entrance, the labor - capital relationship of China shall become more complicated, the labor - capital disputes shall present the rising tendency. Under such special background, we should bring the functions of the trade union on the coordination of the labor - capital relationship into full play so as to protect the lawful rights and interests of the workers. |
