| 摘 要： | 《社区矫正实施办法》正式实施已有一年多时间,肯定其进步性的同时,在现实推行中所暴露出的诸多问题也不容忽视。本文以社区矫正审前调查工作为切入点,以本溪地区为例进行调研,并就如何有针对性地做好社区矫正审前调查工作进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | ＂Community Corrections Implementation Measures＂ has been officially implemented for more than a year. While affirming its progressive nature, many problems that are exposed in the real implementation can not be ignored. This paper took the pre-trial investigation of community corrections as a starting point to conduct research in Benxi area and discussed on how to carry out appropriate pre-trial investigation of community corrections. |
