| Abstract: | This paper analyzes finance control and its non-marketing risks,deepened theory of finance and its inherent disfigurement about its hypothetical condition, finance restraint and its tropism on the policy, and puts forward that our financial system's reformation should confirm the finance deepening as an ultimate goal of the reformation and take the finance restraint as an essential measure. |
