| 摘 要： | 建立FIBRA基因座Amp-FLP分型方法，分析136个无关中国成都地区汉族人群中STRFIBRA基因座的多态性，并将其应用于法医学实践。用Amp－FLP技术，丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳，银染，对FIBRA基因座进行分型。观察到16个等位基因，44种不同的基因型。观察杂合度（H）为0．9044，个体识别力（DP）为0．9588，多态性信息量（PIC）为0．8595，非父排除率（CE）为67．4％，观察的基因型分布符合Hardy－Weinberg平衡；10个家系调查结果表明，该基因座符合孟德尔遗传规律。FIBRA基因座多态性好，所建立的Amp-FLP方法适用于法科学的亲子鉴定和个人识别。

| Abstract: | A study of the polymorphisms of tetrameric STR FIBRA locus in l36 unre-lated individuals of Han population in Chengdu was carried out by the AInp-FLP. Sixteen al-leles and forty-four gen0types were observed. The discriminating power (DP), observedheterozygoclty (H), polymorphism information content (PIC) and chance of paternity ex-clusion (CE) were 0. 9588, 0. 9O44, 0. 8595, and 0. 674 respectively. The distribution ofgenotypes was in good agreement with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Mendelian inheri-tance of the alleles and the codominat segregation were observed in ten families. The resultdemonstrated that this locus is highly polymorphic and can be used in forensic biological prac-tice. The method established is robust and reliable. |
