法学双语教学中的四大瓶颈问题

摘    要:在教育部的号召下,从2001年开始,全国各高等院校开始推进双语教学改革,但法学双语教学的实施一直面临众多困难,其中法学双语教学的课程设置问题、法学双语课教师的外语水平问题、法学本科生的实际语言状况问题和法学双语课程的教材建设问题是制约法学双语教学顺利发展的四大瓶颈问题,值得深入探讨和研究。

Abstract:From the year of 2001 on, the universities and colleges in China began to promote bilingual teaching under the Education Department' s calling on. But there are lots of difficulties faced by bilingual teaching and learning of law science. The courses offered, the teacher' s foreign language level, the students' actual language condition and the teaching material are the bottleneck issues which block the smooth development of bilingual program.
