| 摘 要： | 以信息技术、网络技术为标志的科技革命，正深刻地影响着人类的社会生活、政治生活和管理模式，给传统的行政模式带来了全方位的冲击和深层次的震荡。行政组织结构扁平化，行政权力结构网状化，行政决策结构交互式、政府管理民主化，政府公务员以复合型人才为主等将成为网络时代行政模式的主要特征。

| Abstract: | Revolution in science and technology marked by information technology and network technology is deeply influencing social life,political life and administrative mode of mankind and has brought all-around and in -depth shock to traditional administrative mode.The major features of administrative mode in network time will be levelization of structure of administrative organization,netization of structure of administrative power,co -activity of structure of administrative decision,democracy in government management and government office workers of compound talents as the main body,etc.. |
