人与自然和谐相处的理论与实践探索--以浙江省为例

文章结合浙江省的实际，着重论述人与自然和谐相处是建设“平安浙江”、构建和谐社会的必然要求，认为人与自然相处不和谐是构建社会主义和谐社会的最大障碍。建议进一步提高认识，紧紧依靠科技进步、树立和落实科学的发展观以及加强制度与机制创新，同时宣传、发动广大公众的积极参与，大力加强生态文明建设，深入理解、研究人与自然相互作用的规律，树立人与自然和谐相处的理念，对不和谐的发展坚决说“不”，使全省走上生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的现代文明之路，实现经济社会发展与环境保护、生态建设的统一。

Some Reflections on the Harmonious Relationship between Man and Nature--A Case Study of Zhejiang Province

The harmonious relationship between man and nature is a necessity of building a well-being and harmonious socialist society.An unharmonious relationship between man and nature is the biggest obstacle to building a harmonious socialist society.It's suggested that Zhejiang should be on a modern civilized way to production and development,well-being and good ecology,and promote the social progress and citizens' development in an all-around way by improving citizens' consciousness,building a scientific development concept,enhancing the institutional innovation,encouraging citizens' active participation,strengthening the construction of ecology and civilization,understanding and studying the inter active rules between man and nature.
