论法学本科教育的人才培养目标

随着我国社会和经济的深入发展,高等教育已进入“大众化”教育阶段,法学本科专业人才培养的传统目标已经不适应社会和经济发展环境对法律专业人才的需求状况,通过对当前我国法学高等教育结构和法律职业结构的性质分析,法学本科专业人才培养目标应当进行全面调整和改革,调整和改革的方向是推行分类培养模式,将法学本科专业学生按照法学研究型、法律应用型、法律辅助型三种人才类型进行分类教育培养。

On Cultivating Goal of Jurisprudential Education of Undergraduate

With the development of economy and society of China, higher education has become more and more popular. The traditional cultivating goal of jurisprudential education of undergraduate does not meet the demand of society and economic development. So, it should be adjusted and reformed. The author proposes a new cultivating goal, of which undergraduates will be trained into three kinds of talent.
