浅析当前基层公安机关调处工作存在的问题及对策

长期以来，基层公安机关在矛盾纠纷的调处工作中承担着繁重的任务，为维护社会治安稳定发挥了重要作用。为了加强矛盾纠纷调解机制建设，及时化解各类矛盾纠纷，基层公安机关不仅要紧紧抓住“三基”工程建设这个契机，在提高基层民警调解水平上下功夫，还要在党委政府统一领导下，多措并举，充分挖掘各方面社会管理资源，从而形成齐抓共管、协同作战、广泛参与的组织体系和大调解工作格局，使调解工作更适应新形势新任务的需要。

Analysis on Problems and Countermeasures in Mediation Work of Grass- roots Public Security Organs

For a long period of time, grass- roots public security organs have assumed onerous tasks in mediating contradictions and disputes and played an important role in maintaining social order and stability. In order to strengthen the construction of mediation mechanisms and promptly resolve all kinds of contradictions and disputes, grass-roots public security organs should not only firmly grasp the opportunity of ＂three bases＂ construction and raise the mediation level, but also fully tap all areas of management resources, make concerted efforts under the unified leadership of the party committee and the government. We need to create an organization system and a large mediation pattern with a wide range of parts involved so that mediation work can be more adaptable to the new situation and tasks.
