| 摘 要： | 随着经济学对法学领域的影响越来越深刻,法律经济学也日益发展壮大,条约作为解决国际争端的重要依据,其自身也可能因为当事方对条约的缔结、内容及其履行方面所产生的分歧或冲突而发生争端.而条约争端的解决是一件既费时又费力的事情,如何从经济学的角度出发,节约条约争端的解决成本,从而合理地解决国际争端,这个问题就显得尤为重要.
