| 摘 要： | 社区警务、社区矫正与修复性司法都强调整合社区资源、增强社区凝聚力、广泛发动社会公众参与预防和控制犯罪。它们并称为积极性刑事司法的三大支柱,被认为代表了21世纪刑事司法发展的方向,也是当前犯罪学研究中的热点问题。
