关于五年制大专分层次教育教学的几点思考

摘    要:五年制大专教育教学存在难以顾及个体差异、课程单一、管理相对滞后等问题。采取分层次管理、小班化教学、增加选修课等措施可有效解决这些问题。正确认识分层次教育教学,做好相应的思想政治工作,对于提高教育教学质量,促进高职教育发展,提升高职院校在教育市场上的竞争力,具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:Five-year junior college education has some problems, for instance, it is difficult to take individual difference, the courses are single, the management is relatively out of time, etc. Adopting the dividing education management and giving lectures in small class, as well as adding the selected courses are measures to solve the problem. For this reason, it is of great importance to understand the mode correctly and do a good job of corresponding ideology and politics, which is also meaningful to improve teaching quality, brings about an advance in professional education , and promotes the colleges' competitiveness on the educational market.
