An Adjustment to International Security Relations in the Transformation Era: A Historical Retrospect and Comparative Study on the UK-Germany and UK-US Power Transition at the end of the 19th Century

With the rising of new countries and the transition of international powers comes inevitably the great adjustment of international relations.However,the power transition of UK-Germany and UK-US from the mid19th century to the early 20th century brought about quite different results.A comparative study of the USGermany＇s different geographical features,national features and their control of the strategic opportunities can make us understand deeply the relation between the power transition and security relationship adjustment,and the international transformation trend in the 21st century.
