| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪以来,独联体经济一体化中仍然存在非一体化趋势。独联体国家间现行的双边结算体系在很大程度上阻碍了独联体经济、贸易一体化的进一步发展。改革和完善现行支付结算体系,建立多边结算体系不仅是必要的,而且也是可行的。

| Abstract: | Since the 21th century,the CIS'ceonomic integration still has a tendency of non-integration.The current multilateral settlement of accounts of the CIS has hindered further development of the CIS'economic and trade integration.To reform and perfect the present settlement system and set up multilateral settlement system are not only necessory but feasible. |
