| 摘 要： | 2013年7月3日，国务院正式批准建设中国（上海）自由贸易试验区。上海自贸区的各项创新举措是对现行行政管理模式与管理体制的一次挑战，也将给负责公共安全与社会治安服务管理的警方带来全新的考验。公安机关应当深入分析上海自贸区的建立可能对警务工作产生的影响，并制定相应的工作对策。

| Abstract: | On July 3, 2013, the State Council officially approved the establishment of Shanghai free trade experimental zone. New measures Shanghai free trade experimental zone has taken constitute challenges to present administrative modes and management mechanisms and also new tests to police who are responsible for public security and security services. Police agencies should analyze the effects of Shanghai free trade experimental zone on the policing and make relevant countermeasures. |
