| 摘 要： | 信用卡犯罪案件多集中于信用卡诈骗罪、非法经营罪、妨害信用卡管理罪等罪名。在对依法准确适用罪名的信用卡犯罪案件中暴露出的金融监管风险等问题进行分析的基础上,提出相应的司法对策建议,以有效遏制犯罪,促进信用卡市场规范有序发展。

| Abstract: | Credit card crimes are mainly related with credit card fraud, illegal business, impediment to the credit card management and so on. In criminalizing these behaviors, attention should be paid to analyzing problems such as risks exposed in financial management, how to curb these crimes effectively and making suggestions for stringent judicial countermeasures so as to promote the standardization of credit card market. |
