| Abstract: | the professional attitude of police is the mental orientation of his job behaviour which will affect his behaviour method.The aim of Inspiration training on police professional attitude is to train his responsibility,spirit of dedication and satisfaction coming from the job.The major courses are as follows:cognitive consonance,self-inspiration,inspiration of everybody,task of group,role transfer and imitable actual police combat etc. |
