Prison Medical Dilemma and Construction of Medical Socialization Mode

Full medical insurance , the present security system for prisoners has great difficulty either in funds or in medical technology , and since it can not gain recognition and support from the prison police and prisoners ,its negative effects have increased gradually .The appropriate way to solve the problem is to explore prison medical so-cialization mode which will always follow the principle of consistency of social citizenship .This way is believed to include prisoners into the basic medical security system of the whole nation and help prisoners get out of ＂free di-lemma＂in medical treatment, payment, and security.
